Q: What is your refund policy?
A: No refunds will be issued unless we are able to re-rent your week. We will make every effort to re-rent your week and refund the total you have paid less any expenses or discounts we incur to re-rent the week along with a $250 cancellation fee.
Wonderful house
Great neighborhood, swimming pool, short walk to beach (2 blocks), kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Several great restaurants in area, small town feel, not commercialized Enjoyed it tremendously
