Q: What is your refund policy?
A: No refunds will be issued unless we are able to re-rent your week. We will make every effort to re-rent your week and refund the total you have paid less any expenses or discounts we incur to re-rent the week along with a $250 cancellation fee.
Wonderful beach house!
My family and I truly enjoyed this property. The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire home was spacious and clean. The close location to the beach and pool was extremely enjoyable for a family with children. The property owners were so helpful and we appreciate them very much. We will most definitely be renting this home again.
